Mediation.
The attempt to settle a legal dispute through active participation of a third party (mediator) who works to find points of agreement and make those in conflict agree on a fair result. The financial cost is much, much less than fighting the matter out in court and may achieve early settlement and an end to anxiety. However, mediation does not always result in a settlement.
Family Mediation.
Family Mediation is a service for couples, parents, children and other family members involved at any stage of separation or divorce. It is a way to make decisions with the help of an impartial mediator, or co-mediators, on matters such as:
* future living or parenting arrangements for the children
* property and financial settlements
* balancing budgets
Mediation can help you to achieve this in a structured and thorough way that allows you to stay in control of the outcome. Mediation is not marriage guidance, counselling or reconciliation.
Coaching.
Coaching is an ongoing partnership that helps clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance and enhance their quality of life.
Physically, coaching is a conversation between a coach and a client – often undertaken by telephone. That conversation helps the client to explore, then navigate through some aspect or aspects of the client’s life.
As coaching proceeds, the client becomes increasingly familiar with the terrain and develops clarity on how he or she wants to change it and where they want to be within it. Movement to that new and better place is encouraged and supported by the coach.
So – coaching is a practical tool for personal exploration and development. A coach can unlock and release the potential within clients, to bring about major positive improvements in their lives.
