Simon Millard (Adv Dip Couns, Memb BACP, Memb BAAM, MCM) is a co director of TIC CiC and the founder of Kent Anger Management. He is a counsellor, mediator, anger manager, therapist, coach and facilitator. Simon also offers training in schools and organisations, providing workshops, seminars and presentations.

Alyson Henty (BACP Accredited Counsellor, Cert Ind Psych & Adlerian Counselling) is a co director of TIC CiC and has completed 4 years training in Transactional Analysis. She has worked with bereavement, physical disability, learning difficulty and sensory loss. Alyson works as a schools counsellor and runs a private practice offering counselling and psychotherapy.

Sue Easeman (BACP Accredited Counsellor, Adv Dip Couns, ITA Reg,) is a co director of TIC CiC and has completed four years training in Transactional Analysis. She works as a school counsellor and has a private psychotherapy practice in Sevenoaks. Sue has a specific interest in dyslexia.
